Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does a Mutual Fund Distributor do?

We act as the bridge between you and the Asset Management Companies (AMCs). Our role is to simplify the investment process, handle your KYC and paperwork, help you select funds that match your risk profile, and provide regular reports on your portfolio’s health.

Your money is never “with us.” When you invest, the money goes directly to the Mutual Fund House (AMC). We only facilitate the transaction. Your units are held securely by the AMC or in your Demat account, and we simply help you manage and monitor them.

Once you invest through us, you will receive a login to our [Client Portal/App]. You can view your total portfolio value, SIP status, and profit/loss statements 24/7. Additionally, you will receive official statements from the AMC and NSDL/CDSL every month.

As a distributor, we offer Regular Plans. These plans include a small distribution commission paid by the AMC to us for the services, research, and personalized support we provide. Direct plans require you to do all the research, paperwork, and portfolio rebalancing yourself.

Yes. Mutual funds (except for ELSS which has a 3-year lock-in) are highly liquid. You can stop, pause, or increase your SIP, or even withdraw your money whenever you need it. Most redemptions are processed within 1–3 working days.

Not at all! You can start a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) with as little as ₹1000 per month. Wealth creation is about starting early and being consistent, not just about having a large starting capital.
